The Bathinda Police Department requested a modern public portal to improve municipal safety, digitize incident logging, and enable citizens to report emergency issues instantly without overloading public telephone operators.

The Challenge

The Solution

  • Emergency SOS Module: A React Native app with a one-click SOS button that records and forwards GPS coordinates directly to police dispatch control.
  • WhatsApp Integration: An automated Twilio WhatsApp bot allowing citizens to file reports, track ticket numbers, and look up traffic regulations.
  • Control Room Dashboard: A web dashboard plotting incoming reports on a digital map, highlighting response routing coordinates.
